This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. BG fluid services and flushes. Check engine light repairs. Electrical and electronics repairs. Major and minor repairs for most makes and models.

The arrogance and anti customer service attitude of the 2 men who seem to always be the ones working the counter makes this Exxon a place you don't want to go. STAY AWAY if you can. If you want excuses rather than good service this is the place to go!

Their service department is very slow and not very friendly. We called to make an appointment and asked if we could have a loaner car. They said yes. We showed up the next morning and they charged us for the loaner car. The loaner car should be called a rental car, not a loaner car. It also says LOANER all over it which makes the dealership look great but we were the ones paying for the car.
