Brake repair service near Washington Grove, MD

The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

As a woman who is clueless about car mechanics and often low on funds to pay for any car repairs, I used to fear having to bring my car in for repair. Then I lucked into finding Farina's. The first time I brought my car in, I said, "I fear the radiator's busted as my car is overheating, and I'm worried it's going to cost a lot to replace." When I came back the next day, he charged me $20, explaining that it was just a simple hose replacement and that the radiator itself did not need replacement. I was stunned by such efficiency and honesty when I wouldn't have known any different. I've been a loyal customer ever since, and just yesterday I was reminded again of how wonderful they are when they replaced my key FOB battery for free. Farina's has changed the way I think of auto repair shops, through years of excellent, professional, speedy, and reliable service. What's more, they've restored my faith in mankind. I would never dream of going anywhere else.

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this.
