Collision repair service near Casco, ME

I went to Dick's and had the ERG valve taken care of on a car his daughter, Jessica, who works there sold to me in May. It was not done properly, just taken out cleaned and replaced. I took it to another mechanic and found out that when they put the car on the lifts the undercarriage buckled. When I contacted them by letter I was ignored. I called and was told Dick was not available, and when I went there in person, I was told to call back and make an appointment to have the car looked at, I tried but could not reach anyone. I went in person and was told someone would call me. Jessica's husband called a few days later and said they were not going to do anything about my car and that I had "many opportunities to not buy the car."
