They are very rude at the shop and disrespectful on several occasions I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first few times of being treated poorly just to continue the poor treatment that I was receiving and look down upon because of a DUI conviction from 17 years ago they think they can treat their clients of Lifesaver like dirt and they feel as if we are stuck with them because until recently they were the only shop that was servicing their equipment they do have another location now in Troy and I recommend that you go to that location

Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing. I also think that I got to the bottom of a concern that I've had for a while. I visited Revive Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews. I'll return based on my visit. The experience was fantastic. However Larry you did right by us. Not only did we get 1 reman but we got 2 which saved us a lot of money as opposed to the route of brand new vehicles.
