My recent surgery prevented me from replacing a much needed CV joint axle, they quoted me the labor costs up front and accommodated me even on a busy Saturday.The CV axle I needed was impossible to find yet they took time off their busy schedule to check availability. My previous mechanic was booked solid so I decided to try Tuffy on recommendation from a friend. My car was running poorly again, after being "fixed" a few months prior by my last mechanic. The guy at Tuffy explained that he did it all wrong, and told me he could fix it but advised me to take my car back to the last place and make them do it properly. He didn't even charge me for diagnostics. A+++.
