Brake repair service near Birmingham, MI

I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. My mother has had Jim care for her 1992 Oldsmobile Since it was new. I just had Jim and his team replace the transmission lines on this same car. The work was done well and in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend them!! They have serviced this same car for 20 years and I couldn't be happier with their work!!

I was impressed that he reached out and eliminated my worry. I will definitely return as they are a reputable business who clearly values their clientele.

The service, April and her team are great. They help with understanding what you need and why. They talk to you and you can ask them anything related to your car - truck or what ever you are driving. If they don’t have the answer at that moment they will find the answer. They are very pleasant to work with and make it very comfortable to talk to and that is important. Prices are reasonable plus they will help you to make paying as easily as they can.

My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. No one else in the area was open and she was stranded. If you are in the area and need car repair I suggest going to people who actually care!
