I admit that I was a little skeptical at first about taking the route of a remanufactured motor over a new vehicle due to the poor service and broken promises that many service providers give today. However Larry you did right by us. Not only did we get 1 reman but we got 2 which saved us a lot of money as opposed to the route of brand new vehicles. I had a engine misfire and my oil was contaminated. Motech fixed my misfire and did a oil change for no extra charge. The service was excellent. The people were friendly and did excellent auto work. This review is for Auto Center of Canton which I presume is the new name for this shop. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says. It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. At this point and right now, I want my car back with the original module and my $500.00 since nothing but waste time has been done. I caution anyone considering this place for repairs as they are just monkeying around and wasting people's time and money.

Had a real rough one… ac didn’t work and we thought we would live with it. When the compressor seized and smoked off the belt we had to get it replaced. Joe got us in quickly and done ahead of schedule!! We wanted to go out of town and we were pushing it, but they got it done earlier then originally planned!! Thanks guys!! Now our car seems to blow ice cubes out of the vents!!

You sent an email for repairs on a Jeep 4x4, we have never have or had a Jeep vehicle You better check you records We have have had our vehicles repaired at your garage for YEARS and you send us repair notice for a vehicle we have never had owned EVER.
