This is the very best Auto Place to go to! I have been going for years and they have successfully serviced both of my vehicles. Extremely pleasant, reasonable prices and they care about their customers. I feel at home and always get excellent service! Oh and Gary is the BESTtttttttt. Never disappointed with his customer service. He's knowledgeable and able to multitask along with being resourceful.

Just wanted to take a minute to say how incredibly happy I am to have found a rebuilder that I can believe in. I own Thornberry's Auto service in White Lake, and install probably 12-15 fairway engines a year in my customers vehicles. There are plenty of rebuilders around, but with Norm and Andy, I know the job is done right every time. Been dealing with these guys for about the last 12 years after I was referred by another shop in the Clarkston area. My business (auto repair) is centered around trust. With fairway, I can confidently offer an exceptional product at a very fair price. HONEST,EXPERINCED AND PROFESSIONAL. all of the qualities needed in a good repair shop. Dave the head mechanic is great. I was nervous about my engine light on and the car was dragging into 1st gear. I had been quoted $6500 because the car needed a transmission replacement. Fortunately my car was drive able and after looking at a number of reviews, I came across AAMCO Garrison Automotive. He carefully diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Cost $402. Be careful that you select the correct one. Their appears to be a few in the Warren Area. Dave the head mechanic is GREAT and my experience on several occasions he respects your time and doesn't take on your car until he can see you. He's our mechanic!

Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. 15 day Poor follow up, car remained outside in the Michigan cold weather without ever bringing it in on a hoist. Called multiple times only to be told by Jeff they could not get to it. Was advised after the second day there I was next. After 15 days of back and forth we rented a car to see if possibly a Tech had been ill or something. But what we did know the shop could not service us to our expectations. After showing up Jeff the head mechanic finally agreed to give us an estimate that only repeated what we had said when we brought the car in i.e. the engine light and VSC light was on and there was dragging in 1 and 2nd gear. Cost $6500. Thank Goodness the car was still pretty drive able. It is not a hooptie. Got a 2nd opinion they researched it in 2 hours. repaired it, $402.

They are very rude at the shop and disrespectful on several occasions I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first few times of being treated poorly just to continue the poor treatment that I was receiving and look down upon because of a DUI conviction from 17 years ago they think they can treat their clients of Lifesaver like dirt and they feel as if we are stuck with them because until recently they were the only shop that was servicing their equipment they do have another location now in Troy and I recommend that you go to that location

Brought my van in to have a remanufactured engine put in it , cost us $3500.00 . Recently had new transmission put in it , then again had more work done on it at another shop . 3 mechanics now have told me that the engine we paid $3500.00 for is Marked yellow and is a junk yard engine . Paid for a good engine had to bring van back 3 times and they had to keep putting a new engine in it and we wondered why 3 engines would be bad. Sadly we did not know they were putting engines in from a junk yard .
