Engine repair service near Grosse Pointe, MI

A few months ago the shop owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic, polite, understanding. We spoke about my experience & he remained very professional. I was impressed that he reached out and eliminated my worry. I will definitely return as they are a reputable business who clearly values their clientele.

ALL HAIL JAY!! I got into a little fender bender and my bumper got knocked in and my tail light broke. Jay was able to fit me in rite away and took excellent care of me! I love my car, and when i saw the AMAZING work that was done i fell in love all over again!! I have already recommended friends to Automotive Solutions and will continue to do so! I hope i don't have to come back for anything, but if something does happen, i already have Jay's number on speed dial!

Had a real rough one… ac didn’t work and we thought we would live with it. When the compressor seized and smoked off the belt we had to get it replaced. Joe got us in quickly and done ahead of schedule!! We wanted to go out of town and we were pushing it, but they got it done earlier then originally planned!! Thanks guys!! Now our car seems to blow ice cubes out of the vents!!

Be Warned! I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))

The company van was running poor and due for a tune up, by the noise in the lifters I knew we had more than one issue. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the fuel injector and a tune up and were were on our way. The van runs like the wind. Thanks Cliff, great job
