Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. Since I got my 2010 Hyundai Elantra I've been taking it to Mac's Tire and Auto for all my maintenance work. For a few months after the purchase of my auto, I took it to the dealer for maintenance. However, I found them to be a little pricey. My neighbor told me of Mac's auto and said he was very satisfied. I started taking my car to Mac's ever since 2010 for about 4 years, and I've been super satisfied since. Also the owner and all his employees are very nice.

I had my lifetime brakes replaced at a local "brake shop" and they squealed forever and shook the car when I touched them on the highway. When I was having my oil changed at All Tune and Lube I mentioned the problem and they took a look at them for me. Wow! Phil was super friendly and took me back to show them to me and informed me that I should of had my rotors replaced when they did the brake pads. He was very informative and explained how the braked worked and why they should have been replaced. They replaced my rotors and pads at a reasonable price and now my car brakes like new and with out any "squealing". I will never be fooled by low prices that are too good to be true again! Phil-you have a new customer for life!

This is the very best Auto Place to go to! I have been going for years and they have successfully serviced both of my vehicles. Extremely pleasant, reasonable prices and they care about their customers. I feel at home and always get excellent service! Oh and Gary is the BESTtttttttt. Never disappointed with his customer service. He's knowledgeable and able to multitask along with being resourceful.

This review is for Auto Center of Canton which I presume is the new name for this shop. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says. It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. At this point and right now, I want my car back with the original module and my $500.00 since nothing but waste time has been done. I caution anyone considering this place for repairs as they are just monkeying around and wasting people's time and money.

Had a real rough one… ac didn’t work and we thought we would live with it. When the compressor seized and smoked off the belt we had to get it replaced. Joe got us in quickly and done ahead of schedule!! We wanted to go out of town and we were pushing it, but they got it done earlier then originally planned!! Thanks guys!! Now our car seems to blow ice cubes out of the vents!!

I have only had good experiences with these guys. I have been here several times, and while they aren't the lowest price I've found, they have always done a quality job. I've not been to another repair shop since I started going to them.
