ALL HAIL JAY!! I got into a little fender bender and my bumper got knocked in and my tail light broke. Jay was able to fit me in rite away and took excellent care of me! I love my car, and when i saw the AMAZING work that was done i fell in love all over again!! I have already recommended friends to Automotive Solutions and will continue to do so! The service, April and her team are great. They help with understanding what you need and why. They talk to you and you can ask them anything related to your car - truck or what ever you are driving. If they don’t have the answer at that moment they will find the answer. They are very pleasant to work with and make it very comfortable to talk to and that is important. Prices are reasonable plus they will help you to make paying as easily as they can.

My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. No one else in the area was open and she was stranded. If you are in the area and need car repair I suggest going to people who actually care!

I just had Michigan Motor Exchange put a remanufactured engine into my 1998 Bravada. So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.
