This is the very best Auto Place to go to! I have been going for years and they have successfully serviced both of my vehicles. Extremely pleasant, reasonable prices and they care about their customers. I feel at home and always get excellent service! Oh and Gary is the BESTtttttttt. Never disappointed with his customer service. He's knowledgeable and able to multitask along with being resourceful.

I had to write and say a big THANK YOU to John. You were able to get my car in quickly for the repair. Not only did you explain the extent of the repair to me but also checked the car completely over. This was not a cheap repair but, it was a very fair price for the repair. I visited Jay Bazzi today for 4 tires on my trailblazer he gave me a deal of the life time! he changed 4 tires for my truck and the oil in less than a half hour!! i was so shocked in the service he provided he even took me back to the work area and showed me everything they replaced! amazing automotive center! will send everyone to you jay!!!!

This review is for Auto Center of Canton which I presume is the new name for this shop. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says. It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. At this point and right now, I want my car back with the original module and my $500.00 since nothing but waste time has been done. I caution anyone considering this place for repairs as they are just monkeying around and wasting people's time and money.

these guys are great. they kept me informed on the progress and had it done when they said it would be, with no additional price increases. their honest and they get it done when they say they will. thanks kevin and crew.
