I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. My 93 GMC 1/2 Ton 4x4 started losing fluid - brought it in to Transworks and they took good care of me!!! (Turns out transmission likely overheated - they went through cooling system, checked condition of transmission fluid.)

I would like to acknowledge Service Manager Chris Bakalars of the AAMCO at 662 E. Main St in Anoka, MN. I have been bringing all 3 of my vehicles to this AAMCO location for the last 5 or 6 years for everything from simple oil changes to a new engine for my suburban. You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis. Well, i'd like to spend my money help my Neighbors.
