Quoted $352.96 for an Evap Purge error as a "starting point" to solve the problem. Mechanic down the road said to go to O'Reilly to get the $30 part and do the 15 minute repair. Problem solved. Not happy with the attempted scam. I can see why Facebook forum says how bad this place is.

Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it and gave me a written estimate for $1100 decided to get a second opinion ad that seemed high….. was able to have the car looked at by another established mechanic who said it needed $200 worth of work…. works great now and our family will no longer be a returning customer to TGK as we no longer have the confidence that they are being honest in their evaluation of work needed

Car was there three times for a simple alignment. Ive beat my head against the wall enough over the incompetence. After first appointment the car was worse than when I brought it there. I could go into much more detail but it's not worth it. Complete waste of time and money. I'll gladly go somewhere else.!! ????

Never actually fixed the issues I was experiencing. It seemed as if they recommended something for an issue they really didn't know how to fix, didn't care to research, OR an approach of new brakes just cause it's easy money for them. Ive left them a voicemail and email to return my call to discuss, but they haven't returned my call.

Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have a bolt tightened on my battery. During the appointment they told me my front and back alignment was "out of whack". I agreed to the fix. I was charged the full amount for everything, just short of $200, and was told everything was done. Except for only half the alignment was done, they stated they couldn't do the rear adjustment. Still charged me full price. I noticed they hadn't tightened the bolt, and after calling it to their attention they told me I didn't need it. When I got home I noticed they hadn't done the tire rotation either. I texted and was told that despite it being 2 years since I put the tires on without a rotation, it wasn't needed. Yet was charged for it. So end of the day, the only thing that was fully done that I asked and paid for was an oil change. At least I'm trusting that was done. For $200. I was told TGK owes me $10 for not doing the tire rotation. Disappointing response. Normally I love you guys, only bring my truck there because you've always been great. I've twice been asked to fill out a review for this appointment and this is the 2nd time I've expressed my disappointment with my appointment and no one seems to care. I had to make special arrangements for this appointment, that's on me due to my schedule, but it makes it more frustrating that it was so "messy". If a customer asks and pays for a service, they should get that service. If they don't need it or a business can't provide it, they shouldn't be charged for it.

You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis. Well, i'd like to spend my money help my Neighbors.

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

There is no one else I would trust to diagnose my car! They have saved me hundreds of dollars compared to my dealership quotes. Love the local, small business attitudes that are so far and few these days. They are proud and stand behind their work!! Tracy Lee
