Once again, Kurth has done a great job keeping my 2012 Subaru outback running well. Of course, at around 130,000 miles, there are some original equipment parts that are finally needing some replacement. But I think it’s been well worth it. Well-maintained Subarus can go 200,000 miles so that’s my goal. It has made several cross-country trips the past few years without any problems. You know, over time, it’s going to be “always something“ with cars like this, but I don’t hesitate to come to them for help. And once again, the customer service is outstanding. Kudos to Steve, and Kelli in particular who is always a joy to work with. Their explanations, computerized systems for keeping track of repairs, estimates with photos, are all easy to understand.

While driving my Toyota 4Runner to a restaurant on a Friday night the check engine came on and it was followed by traction control and 2 other lights. I brought the truck to Kurth the following Monday. I was told that they were backed up but would try to work on it over the next couple of days. The problem was identified as a faulty gas cap which triggered a number of warnings. The cap was replaced and the fult warnings were cleared by Thursday. Once again Kurth did the necessary work quickly and priced fairly.
