I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. Be very careful when dealing with this shop. I was given a fair estimate for replacing my brake pads and rotors. Later that day they called and informed me that my calipers did not work properly and the amount they wanted for the repairs sky rocketed, The bill more then doubled their first estimate. After being told of this, I told them I was going to come pick up my vehicle and they tried to convince me it was unsafe to be on the road and my safety was at risk. After dealing with all this a brought my vehicle to another shop and found out they had damaged my front caliper and attempted to pass this off as existing problem instead of damage caused by them. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again.
