My only disappointment was that I called earlier in the week (Monday to make the oil change appointment, I asked about replacing a bent wheel, which was something that had been discussed months earlier but I had deferred until now. I never heard back and had to ask about it when I came in - I don't know if it would have been able to be done on Thursday, when I had the service done, had the research had been done on Monday, but it would have been nice not to have to make two trips. All said, I love the shop and the people - I actually look forward to having my car serviced (and yes, I do have a life ...) This was one relatively small issue amidst many great experiences.

Confirmed work would be done same day before bringing car in, disappointed to get a call midday that it would not be done(Friday). Was happy that loaner cars were available - I wish I didn't have to make the extra trip to pick up the loaner. But it all worked out just fine.

I haven't had much contact with techs, but they seem to know what they're doing and how to fix things. I've used these guys for 3 years, and my father has gone to them for the previous 25-30 years. I really appreciate finding this shop to service my Mercedes GLK. I plan to have this car awhile and am confident that Alexander's will help me do so. It was easy and quick to get in for my appointment. I got a FREE loaner. I went in for just an oil change but then got the call that I needed my 60,000 check up, so that took a little longer. I was able to keep the loaner all weekend. I have complete confidence in this shop and appreciate their good service, friendly faces, and LOANERS!!!! Thanks for everything.

They found and fixed a couple things I wouldn't have noticed, which was great. I think there was a miscommunication about the service I wanted, though, since I had requested an oil change and also a 15,000 mile maintenance but it doesn't look like the 15,000 mile maintenance was performed or billed for, which is fine, I'll just try again next time.

I have been coming to Alexander's for many years, and have always received first-rate service.

The guys replaced my oxygen sensor and also diagnosed my power steering issue. Couldn't afford to have that work done at the time but I will be back.

As always, everyone is courteous and efficient. Work was done on time and car was ready for me to pick it up when promised.

Alexander's did some routine service for me but they also made some timely recommendations for some things that I will take care of with them in the near future. Thanks!

Alexander's did an oil change, checked fuel levels, tire pressure, changed 2 light bulbs I had out and for a very reasonable price. They're always very personable when I'm in there.

Happy with the service. The only suggestion that I have is that upon dropoff, it would have been nice to know generally how quickly the job was going to be done. I think it was only 1-2 hours (8-10 a.m.). Had I known, I could have stayed closer to the area instead of heading home and coming back - and avoided some minor expenses to and fro.
