I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

I take all of my vehicles to Auto Works. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of work performed by Auto Works. I trust that the job is completed at the highest level of service. Rose and Tom are experts at customer service and always have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Auto Works. The experience is exceptional. Great service and great staff. I've had the opportunity to take both of our vehicles there for regular oil change, routine maintenance, & oil leaks, radiator replacement, axle, brakes etc... I can honestly say that that they will give you an honest opinion on what is worth repairing and what (which is what i needed to know for my beater) and competitive pricing. Service turnaround is quick is staff is friendly and honest. I will highly recommend it to anyone. ps: both of our vehicles are Japanese made.
