Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment for an oil change. The vehicle still wasn't done by the "when needed time." The vehicle was complete right at closing time. The explanation was a bunch of excuses until a different service write came over and explained exactly what happened. Normally wouldn't be an issue for me but I needed my vehicle by a certain time that day. I've been going here for 13+ years so was slightly disappointed by the lack of explanation and inconvenience.

Never actually fixed the issues I was experiencing. It seemed as if they recommended something for an issue they really didn't know how to fix, didn't care to research, OR an approach of new brakes just cause it's easy money for them. Ive left them a voicemail and email to return my call to discuss, but they haven't returned my call.

My rear end has this knocking I brought it in, they charged me $830.00 to fix “the knocking noise”. The noise didn’t go away and it’s louder now and on the phone they told me the noise had slowed and stopped which was a lie. I was so pissed I didn’t want to take my car until they fixed the issues instead of charging me for them doing nothing… never will be going back there!

Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have a bolt tightened on my battery. During the appointment they told me my front and back alignment was "out of whack". I agreed to the fix. I was charged the full amount for everything, just short of $200, and was told everything was done. Except for only half the alignment was done, they stated they couldn't do the rear adjustment. Still charged me full price. I noticed they hadn't tightened the bolt, and after calling it to their attention they told me I didn't need it. When I got home I noticed they hadn't done the tire rotation either. I texted and was told that despite it being 2 years since I put the tires on without a rotation, it wasn't needed. Yet was charged for it. So end of the day, the only thing that was fully done that I asked and paid for was an oil change. At least I'm trusting that was done. For $200. I was told TGK owes me $10 for not doing the tire rotation. Disappointing response. Normally I love you guys, only bring my truck there because you've always been great. I've twice been asked to fill out a review for this appointment and this is the 2nd time I've expressed my disappointment with my appointment and no one seems to care. I had to make special arrangements for this appointment, that's on me due to my schedule, but it makes it more frustrating that it was so "messy". If a customer asks and pays for a service, they should get that service. If they don't need it or a business can't provide it, they shouldn't be charged for it.

Was told we needed new filters when TGK just changed them at our last visit. To top it off the car was dropped off at 7am and didn’t get worked on till late afternoon. Then told to pick up at 5:30 pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle. Come on this place can do better customer service.

Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it and gave me a written estimate for $1100 decided to get a second opinion ad that seemed high….. was able to have the car looked at by another established mechanic who said it needed $200 worth of work…. works great now and our family will no longer be a returning customer to TGK as we no longer have the confidence that they are being honest in their evaluation of work needed

You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis. Well, i'd like to spend my money help my Neighbors.

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. You guys screwed my car all up. I will not be going back and I have another appointment with a different shop to fix what you did to it. I feel you caused this and your shop is costing me a lot of extra money for something that wasn't wrong but now it is. And right around Christmas is this how you real operate. I so regret going in to your establishment. And won't ever go back. I just hope it can be fixed right. I will be turning you in to the BBB and a lawyer. Screwing people over is not right. I have heard nothing but bad things from people about your place you call a business. You should be ashamed of yourself.
