Ford service near Saint Paul, MN

I have been bringing my vehicle there for years to get tires. Never had a problem. Recently when I bought 4 tires and wanted them installed, I was told that there was an issue in removing the rear two and replacing them. There was no problem with the front 2. I was told that the rear two were torqued too tight, and that was the reason why they couldn't be removed. All 4 tires were torqued to the same tightness. So my question is, how could the front 2 be removed, but not the rear? I took it somewhere else, and they had no problem with removing the rear tires. Obviously, the person who was working on it had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service. You should look closely at the people you have in your service department, and see what the problem is.

Excellent service. They changed my oil, headlight, and gave me a much needed vehicle diagnostic on the other things I needed fixed in record timing, and for a really good price. The people there were all super nice and friendly. 10/10, will visit again!

Great service and great staff. I've had the opportunity to take both of our vehicles there for regular oil change, routine maintenance, & oil leaks, radiator replacement, axle, brakes etc... I can honestly say that that they will give you an honest opinion on what is worth repairing and what (which is what i needed to know for my beater) and competitive pricing. Service turnaround is quick is staff is friendly and honest. I will highly recommend it to anyone. ps: both of our vehicles are Japanese made.

I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

I have been taking my cars to Ultra Tech for many years from my 1939 ford, 1974 GTO to my newer cars. they treat my cars has if it was his own car he was working on. A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. This is the most dishonest mechanic around. If you are considering using them don't be fooled by their 5 star rating on their company page. They delete negative comments here and on facebook. They charge you for repairs that were never completed and then when you bring your car back, they charge you for more repairs. If you don't make the repairs they void the warranty. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
