Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. My Grandaughter needed a part for her 2002 GM Cavalier that had been discontinued by GM, Accu Brake worked and found her the part within a week. They are able to put the part on as well, and do the towing. They are great, always do good work and would recommend them to anyone.

I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I felt the need to write a review as Adam has been all over the Internet blasting Froesel. I am sorry he had such a poor experience, but in the 10+ years my family has been taking our cars to Froesel, we have had nothing but STELLAR experiences. Numerous times I've taken my car in to be looked at and they have told me there is nothing wrong, charging me nothing for looking at it. They have reattached loose wires for free, they have always called me before doing any work, they squeeze me in if I have a problem and they are some of the nicest, most professional people in the business. I have yet to find, or hear about from friends, a mechanic or car place with more integrity than Froesel Tire St. Louis. Keep up the good work guys, your loyal neighborhood customers appreciate you!

Buyer stay away for new cars and trucks. The new truck we bought looked like it was ready for a good cleaning when it came back from the detail shop. The sales lady need to learn that a charge card cuts off at 100 dollars when filling up a truck. That means we didnt get a full tank of fuel like ford says you should. The owner didnt care so the best thing I can say it buy from any other dealer.

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.
