Called for an appointment
I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

Bumper
I am new to St. Louis And found West county autobody online and decided to use them because of the reviews. I cannot believe the excellent service they gave me being a woman it seams that auto repair places take advantage of a situation like mine my bumper was hanging down, rubbing my tire, I got an estimate from them ffor what I thought was going to be something simple. After getting the estimate and and realizing bodywork is quite expensive. He gave me the option of just reattaching it after spending over an hour with me and my car charged me nothing, when I insisted I pay he said all he wanted was my business. WELL they had it forever thanks West County auto body

PDR
After discussing with multiple body shops around the STL area, I ended up taking my very hail damaged car to West County Auto. The owner, Rob, was honest and upfront from the very beginning, even suggesting I look into the value of the car and whether it was worth repairing. I felt he was looking out for my best interest, not just trying to gain business. They did an amazing job on the entire car with PDR and I am very pleased. The price was great and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend them for any body or car repairs.

Brakes and oil change
Since I have been introduced to this shop my girls and I will go no where else with our vehicles. They do only what you ask but they will also recommend something if needed. The time and price that they give you is always right and we have never experienced them doing something we did not ask for. It's a good feeling to have a mechanic you can trust and count on.

60,000 mile maintenance service
I Called west county auto for a quote on almost $2000 worth of that work my delear reccommended The guy I talked to wanted me to come in and double check what they said was wrong. short verson of long story Pat looked at my car and it only needed half of what they said, I would definately suggest to anyone who needs automotive service to go to west county auto body, I have been to many other shops for repairs but never have I felt more comfortable in knowing that iam recieving a thourough,fast,and honest service. my search for an honest,good,dependable shop is over. I will never go anywhre else!!!!THANK YOU PAT

state inspection
Both front and back brakes failed within a month of state inspection. Won't be going back
