Worst customer service ever. They charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had the same information on it as the emissions test that they had just run on my car. They did add an additional part as a necessary replacement although the part wasn't bad. After a friend pointed out that this part wasn't bad, they stated that it was simply a 'suggestion'. I think they should have been more specific although there was no paperwork to be specific on. I got a receipt for my $70. Autozone's free diagnostic tests at least give you some paperwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I knew nothing about car repair and I was probably lying about how useful the test was. Riiiiiight. The owner really argued vehemently with me about returning my money so I guess he needs it more than I do. By the fact that he works another job and the run-down appearance of this location, I finally stopped trying to get a refund on the most useless and outrageously stupid diagnostic test I've ever had. If you want to be treated with respect and common courtesy, go somewhere else. If you want a company that believes that the customer is always right, don't go here.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. *RACIST* STAY AWAY if you respect yourself and your fellow man. My former employers are legitimate racist people. I recently quit (Thank GOD). What really sparked me wanting to quit was one evening I walked in on TABTATHA finishing the sentence "AND that is why I hate N****RS, then she attempted to justify it by saying, thats not my only prejudice btw". Well presumably then her husband GREG, the master mechanic up there is also racist. They also treat their employees like shit, expecting people to work 10 straight hours, without on the clock breaks, lunch is off the clock if you so choose. But don't mess anything up, bc then Greg, the "master" who thinks himself to be without fault, will berate and demean those who do mess up, even when they own it. (I actually never wrecked, or broke anything, but yet after I quit I was all of a sudden terrible at my job, even though the month prior I was given a raise for "not having any issues or cars returning or complaints" Tabs words, not mine. Also had to keep me finding a new job a secret because they will fire you if they find you are looking form employment elsewhere. Well guess what, the internet is a bitch and last forever.

Great people work here. I took in an old 1972 351C block because of some stuck bolts I couldn't get with my tools at home. They got it off with no problem, they didn't charge me for anything. I had planned on paying for the use of the tool and a few minutes but they wouldnt let me. Definitely where I am taking my business from now on.
