Radiator repair service near Brentwood, MO

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.

THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY SUCK YOU IN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ONLY REALIZE THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR DOING EASY REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF, IF ANYTHING THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR CAR WILL GET WORST AND THEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR IT. SINCE THEY PROVIDED ME POOR SERVICES, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REIMBURSEMENT ME A DIFFERENCE; BUT NEVER DID. THE MAIN MANAGER INDICATED HE WOULD SEND IT VIA MAIL, BUT IT NEVER GOT TO ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE, IT WILL COST YOU ARMS AND LEGS. AND DON'T FORGET YOUR CAR WILL STILL BE RUNNING POORLY. STRAIGHT RIP OFF....

My car engine was heating up after a long road trip. I took my car to Affton. I asked if they would change the oil while fixing my water pump. They stated they don't usually do oil changes, but said they could do it. They did not give me an estimate on the oil change, but I didn't ask for one, because it's just an oil change. They ended up charging me $108.17 for an oil change: $47.50 for 1/2 hour labor, $6.42 for an oil filter, and $54.25 for 5 quarts of oil! Outrageous!
