I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. A parts store and a machine shop run by people that actually know what they are doing. This isn't one of those crappy chain stores.

I want to thank everyone at North Belt automotive for doing a great job on my car. They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. If you needed anything done to your car I would definitely prefer this place!! -Arika Ellis

Took my motor to Button’s Machine Shop to be rebuilt. The owner Doug claimed to do all the work, but it was clear he didn’t boil the block properly and clean the internal lines. Had $3K tied up in the rebuild. The motor lasted exactly 28 miles. Yep a mere 28 miles before it locked up. When the pan was pulled there was so much gas in the oil it wasn’t funny. Ring issue? Now just today while idling on the lot. A rod came through the side of the block in the same hole that Doug said he fixed. MY ADVICE………….TAKE YOUR MOTORS ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!
