The service was good and I liked the quick check they did on everything and sending me a report of what I may need done in the near future. The only thing I didn’t like was the price when I asked about a tire rotation. They wanted 65 bucks to rotate the tires which is absolutely to much.

I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

In inclement weather we popped a tire on the Interstate. We were right at an exit, drove on up the ramp and saw Plaza Tire. The two men on duty found a match for our all-weather tires, and in a half-hour we were on our way.

Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

Michelle the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is very friendly. Has my car in and out in the time they said. I will be back in the future for further things needed on my car. Thank you! Sean Merriman
