These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.
