Great shop and great people. When they give you a price and how long the job will take, that’s exactly what they do. This is the first and only shop I’ve ever been to where there were no surprises when they got done with my vehicle. What they tell you is what you get. Cant say enough about them. I would recommend them 100%.

I HIGHLY recommend Chuck Coats! He is super helpful and extremely nice! I ran into a situation the night before where my starter went out and I had to leave for Georgia early that next morning. I brought my car straight to him that next morning and he had me back on the road an hour later. He and his team really take excellent care of their customers! If you want to flush your money down the toilet, then take your car here! He will charge you a lot of money to supposedly fix your transmission, but he will not fix it. I told him that the transmission fluid was leaking out unbelievably after he worked on the car, and he said he had a warranty and I could bring it back in. He lied! The first time I tried, he had an excuse why he couldn't do it. Then the car sat in the garage (I live out of town part of the year). After the car sat for 8 months, there was a leak 4 feet wide by 5 feet long. I had to put transmission fluid in before I could even drive it. I tried to bring it in again. I made an appointment, and when I got there, the place was locked up! More excuses! After that, he blew me off numerous times, and would not answer my calls at all. Since the car desperately needed fixing, I took it to a reputable garage...and they fixed it! They told me that the leak should have been fixed...for less money...when Bobby's Transmission's did the initial work. I went back to Bobby's Transmission's to try and get reimbursed for my additional expenses, and all I got was a rude jerk who wouldn't take responsibility for his poor work. Bobby Cook should change his name to Bobby Crook...because that's what he is!! I feel sorry for anybody who takes their car to him!
