I went in to see these guys (and gals) regarding a used vehicle I had purchased and they did a Fantastic job!!! You could not ask for more professional and friendly service that know EXACTLY what they are doing!! I would not take my car to anyone else!!!

I have been a customer there for quite some time. I will not take my cars anywhere else. The head mechanic, Tim, is awesome! He is very honest and does quality work. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. Their prices are quite affordable also,. I will continue to do business there and recommend this place to all!

In February 2013 the owner of this business left my Jeep in an unsecured lot a few doors down from his shop where the doors and windows were stolen. He claimed not to have noticed that it had doors. He then posted a sign in his pig pen of an office saying he wasn't responsible for items lost or stolen. I had to take him to small claims court and the judge sided with him. I'm fairly sure it's because he's a former employee of the sheriff's department. Small town politics...what are we going do? Don't take your car here, but if you do, protect yourself beforehand with evidence you may need later.

Chuck Hutton Toyota - We are on a long family road trip, and our check engine and VSC track off lights came on. This same situation happened before when we were in California. The diagnostic code indicates a problem with the camshaft. California and Arizona dealers told us we would likely have to replace the can shaft and charged us $800 to take the car apart only to find nothing wrong. One year later, this same issue happened again. Chuck Hutton Toyota took a much more practical approach. The mechanic ran the diagnostic and got the same code. He then listened to the car and inspected it. The mechanic talked to us directly. He recommended we continue on our way as it was likely just a sensor issue again. He didn't hear or see anything funny. He reset the lights and then told us what to do if it came on again. We left with a print out of the code and a diagnostic reading of the car. They didn't charge us a cent! We are so appreciative of the service provided at Chuck Hutton Toyota.

They looked at my truck, and told me what needed fixed immediately and what could wait. No pressure. The work was fast and priced right. I will go back any time I have something that breaks.

I have had several repairs by lowery automotive. They are honest and have very fair prices and good at what they do. I understand it's hard to find a smaller shop that's good and you can trust so you do like I did in past and take to big garage and pay big prices! I can tell you I have found that shop you can trust and I will only use lowery automotive.

I visited this establishment on 07/19/16 for issues with my TPMS light. My light had been on for 2 months and I informed the gentlemen at the front desk that I was having issues with the light remaining on despite continuous efforts at putting air in all four tires. He asked me which one it was and I informed him that I wasn't sure. There was instantly a look of discontent across his face. Now, mind you, the business states on it's website that they close at 6:00pm during the week. I got off work at 4:30pm and got there at 4:55pm, hoping to get my tires examined to see what the problem was. The maintenance shouldn't be very long for this type of problem, I thought, and they didn't appear busy at all. I was told to pull my car up to the second bay to have one of the mechanics look at my tires and all he did was put air in my tires. No time whatsoever was taken to actually see if I had a slow leak, nail, etc. I had already told them that putting air in my tires hadn't fixed the issue. They wanted to get me in and out because it was too close to closing time I assume. After the mechanic finished putting air in my tires, he told me that all my tires were sufficiently inflated except for the right rear which, before he put air in it, had a significant lower tire pressure than the rest. To me, that would signal that maybe you should actually EXAMINE the tire to find out why the pressure is so much lower than the rest of the tires. That action wasn't taken and I rode home with my issue unresolved. I then made an appointment for the next day to take my vehicle to a Honda dealership where they took the time to look at my tires and found a nail in my right rear tire! And guess what, the maintenance time didn't take long at all! I am thoroughly disgusted with Grimes on Hacks Cross and will never do business with them again. I will definitely recommend not to take your car here for any maintenance purposes.
