Simple Disagnosis
I took my crown Victoria here and it was the worst experience of my life. My car was stolen from the lot. The owner accused me of stealing my own car and after that he dodged my calls and my car was never paid for or recovered. It was a loss and at the time I didn't have the money or time to take him to court. I hope Karma takes care of him and his bad business practices

Brakes and rotors
Jacob, John, and Teddy are all about quantity over quality. Jacob did a rush job on my car and my brakes sounded worse when he got done. I took it to my regular mechanic and he told me that the rotors they put on were way too small. A very dangerous situation!!! A prime example of them rushing. An experienced mechanic would have noticed the wrong fit. These guys seem welcoming and the price may be affordable but you will be wasting time and money with this shop!
