Auto inspection service near Asheville, NC

Today on February 18th 2015, I had my car looked at, it is a 1999 olds... I was treated so nice there..answered questions..courtesy. Service was excellent...He realized I was under going cancer and was under treatment with radiation. I was so blessed that he got my car done quickly to get me back and forth to treatments...but also did free labor on my car. and an anonymous person also paid my bill when I got up there...just in saying this this company has not only good mechanic skill and knowledgeable in what they do...but the compassion and just wanting to give someone help in there time of need..show and speaks volume about them.. I had used them once before and was treated the same before my cancer...they where just as respectful and kind..but to me this person went above and beyond...May God bless him and his business, you made a very stressful part of my life easier...thanks for you company and the light you've shown me... I had my work truck serviced here they replaced the O2 sensors and the mass air flow sensor. When I picked my truck up I could not keep it running if I stopped at a light. I had to put it in neutral and rev the engine just to keep it going. I took it back but was told there was nothing they would be able to do,they would not even look at it. We could not believe they would not try to correct the problem. The truck drove fine when I took it there it just had a slight miss. We took it to another shop they fixed the problem, after all this they did not even fix the miss it had to begin with, 600 dollars down the drain.

As a one time customer...they're a couple of snobs who provide horrible service. Much better shops out there. Would not recommend.

Walker Service is extremely overpriced! I could have had the alternator replaced at the dealership for $200 less than what I paid at Walker. Save yourself some money and shop around. Lesson learned.
