Stranded in Salisbury! Integrity Not only arranged our tow, they had us up and running with a diagnosis of the current repair but advised us of upcoming repairs. Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. These guys are great at Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair. They got me right in the same day. They had the radiator in stock and they had the best price for the job by a lot. I called four places. The ad says they’re at 650 concord pkwy n but that’s there old address they’re across the street at 723 Concord Pkwy North. Great service I’ll be back!

I'm hoping you're doing the best you can. But I'm sitting here without a vehicle, waiting to hear from you regarding approval of the repair on my vehicle. I was told I might be able to get a loaner or that I should get a rental from Enterprise. I don't know if there is a special procedure to get that rental so that might get reimbursed somewhat for the rental cost. I called service several times and sent a text message but have not received any response. What makes things more difficult is that my 83 year old wife is a victim of strokes and seizures and dementia. I cannot let her out of my sight. So, I guess I will try to go ahead and get the rental tomorrow. I jus wish I knew where things stand. Hans Weidig

Recently had the pleasure of working with the staff at The Wrench. I explained to John Crowley the pinch I was in, needing air conditioning several days before a drive from Silverdale to Texas! Every other auto repair business in the Bremerton, Silverdale area either couldn't repair the car on short notice, or wouldn't return my calls requesting a quote. John explained that his business relies on a revolving door style of auto repair, most repairs that his crew undertakes are out of the door by the end of the day. John put one of his repairmen, Kayle Lenz on the job, and after a few days of being sent the wrong parts, through no fault of the shop, Kayle had my AC blowing colder than an Alaskan winter that held up during my long haul. John was even kind enough to give me a ride home after I had dropped the car off. Car is a 2001 Audi S4 that's personally heavily modified, and after this pleasant experience I trust these guys with my baby, will recommend to family and friends.

Alec and Dillion did a great job on my 28 yr. Old Mercedes. Fixing the root of the problem. Firestone had told me not to bring my car back to them. Luckily I took it to Euro Cars Southend. I highly recommend Euro Cars Southend. Their work place is pristine, their work is fantastic and they follow through till it is complete and you are happy.

Had my alternator go out. Went here and ended up taking them up on the other repairs they offered to me. (Shouldn’t have)Parts replaced were fine but car also was returned to me with a rough idle they said may go away(never heard of) then check engine light comes on the next week with a egr valve code. Also had my car for several days after telling me they could get it done within the day. No communication on not being able to complete job. Did the same the “NEXT” day! 2100$ later to get my totally great starting & running 2005 Hyundai with 110,000 miles on it not operating as before…more insult to injury to me was when I asked Drew stated they wanted to hold my car longer to make sure things were “running well” :-/. With that being said over promising and WAY under delivering. I’ll never go again and unless you like feeling you’re being “sold” & in this case lied & under informed to I’d skip this place! unfortunately.

Very friendly and honest. Serpentine belt failure shredded lower radiator hose. No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

I picked up a Jeep 4.0 engine from them, engine has ran perfect. When i installed the engine i followed their advice and replaced the radiator, thermo, water pump, up and lower rad. hose, pressure checked coolant system, and used lucas oil stabalizer, and primed the engine. Man the jeep has more power now, use less fuel, and is way more dependable. Poteats Engine Rebuilding is a great shop with great employees. They will go out of their way to help you get it in and running smooth. Big thumbs up to Poteats. Would recomend them to anyone
