Took my car there to get clutch adjusted. Was still grinding after they adjusted the clutch so the guy took my car for drive he throw out 2nd gear. So I had to have them rebuild my transmission. When I went and picked up the car now it has a bent value from where he redlined it when he throughout second-gear. Now they refused to fix my car. Very bad and do not go there for business

TOOK MY CAR THERE JUNE 10 2011 TO BE FIXED COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY AND HE STILL HAS IT, WONT FIX IT. i GUESS I WILL HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT TO GET MY OWN CAR BACK AND UNFIXED.IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH AND HE WONT RETURN MY CALLS AND DOESN`T CARE THAT I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION FOR MY CHILDREN. DO NOT GO THERE.

I have always been a cadillac man and the dealerships are over rated and too exspensive for repairs. Mr. Scott started out working for Cadillac and he is My Mechanic. Always honest , great prices on repairs , this guy knows his stuff. give him a try you won't be disappointed. It's funny alot of other shops that has opened in the past few years started out working for Donnie at Scott Automotive. 25 years in business says it all.

I've taken my cars to Websters for more years than I care to remember, and they are probably the top shop I've ever dealt with: extremely competent, efficient, very skilled at evaluating problems and very trustworthy. They are also not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. I wish it weren't such a long trek out to their shop by the airport but they do provide shuttle service. But for large or small repairs I recommend Websters very highly.
