What a wonderfull, courteous, anowlageable group of people. The owner and his wife were there while I had the service done and they were so professional. Mike the manager was the one who discussed and showed me everything on my vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable and physically showed me all the services that where needed. It was nice to be shown the service needed instead of being told that I can't see because of insurance reasons (like the dealer). I knew that I was not being taken advantage of. I will definately be a lifetime customer and tell everyone I know.

DO NOT GO HERE for a car wash unless you want your car damaged. I have been to this wash many times with my vehicle and my other family members vehicles. The last time I went there, the machine ripped the drivers side rear view mirror off the vehicle. When I went to the manager Chris Tyndall he told me he would do nothing to help me. As a result, I am boycotting ALL Shell related businesses. Thanks to Chris, a Gas Mart that sells Shell gasoline has now lost a customer. I used to stop their DAILY and refuel my company vehicle. Also, the 5 vehicles in my family will no longer visit any Shell related businesses. Thanks for nothing Chris!! Have a nice life!!

Where should I begin. I went to Mr.Tire located on Airport Blvd,Wilson.The manager Caleb was over the top helpful to me.I have never experience any customer service from a a auto mechanic shop before.He made sure that he wasn't gonna stop until he figured out the problem and I must say he did.I am sooo happy to get in my vehicle and knowing that it is safe to drive.Most places would have never went that far.His entire team has become like a family to me.I will be remaining a customer, there isn't any questions about that.Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle.

When I arrived there the was this young man who came to greet me, I told him I needed tires and he told me where I could wait at and that it would be about 15min. and it took about 25min. but it was ok. As you can tell from the headline, I consider my car my baby. It is an old girl, but I love it. My 2001 Chevy Malibu just wasn't running right. She was really showing her age. I took it a few places in Goldsboro, but no one could seem to figure out what was wrong. Either that or they didn't want to mess with it. I saw a flyer for AutoStar and decided to take one last shot before I had to bite the bullet and trade her in. I'm really glad I did because the people at AutoStar were great!
