Towing service service near Garner, NC

Been going here for 7+ years. Always cheaper than the dealers and always honest and direct service. Enjoy the fact they wash the car also after every service. First time customer - I took my Chrysler 300 in for brake noise and was told I needed new calipers, rotors and fluid. They seemed nice, and told me I also needed new lug nuts because the last garage had put them on too tight. After $1,100 I picked up the car after hours and it still made wheel noise, only this time a bump bump bump sound. I had to take the car out of town the next day. While in VA I stopped for gas and to check out the increased noise. The tire was loose. I had the car towed to a different garage and they told me the lug nuts had not been tightened and the brake line was not properly connected. I called A&J to explain and sent them a copy of the invoice with photos from the other shop. The person on the phone said he'd let the owner know. Since then (one week) I've reached out and have heard nothing. No discussion, no offer to help, no apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Manager was nice and to the point. My truck was fixed in a couple days and it runs great!!!
