So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I especially needed that being so short on time this week and also wasn't looking forward to having to find a place to take my car in. I had no idea that this existed, but am so glad I found it!! I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. The world needs more people like Dr. Ron. If I lived in High Point he would definitely be my mechanic. Thank you for the great service Dr.!!!!

I received a quote from a young man who was working there but when I picked the car up the price given was much higher than the quote I received. In addition, some of the work had not been done as asked- so not only was I asked to pay more, all of the work was not completed. I explained that I would not pay more than the quote and they would not hand over my car key. I called the police who came for assistance. Another thing, I received a voicemail from them at 3:45 saying that they were getting ready to close early and if I did not come they would charge an extra fee for storage! The hours posted on the door was from 9 to 6! This place is dishonest, they do not communicate, and extremely unreliable. "Shady" is the word.
