Very friendly and honest. Serpentine belt failure shredded lower radiator hose. No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

Supposed to fix water pump; destroyed by starter due to massive oil leak. Had to get towed to new mechanic and pay for new starter to be put on; my car's ENGINE WAS BLOWN!!!! The owner of this shop said he could fix my car's water pump, that the radiator needed to be flushed, and that the radiator cap needed to be replaced. My quote was $419.00. Sounded reasonable enough. Several days later he says he is stressed, he cannot get car to start, and he is just a radiator guy!!! I DROVE MY CAR THERE!! Paid to have it towed to another REAL mechanic and you know the rest. In the process of turning him into BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!

Account #6380 Complete engine rebuild kit l985 Chevrolet 350 engine , not sure if it is a 2 bolt main bearings or 4 bolt. Won't know till torn down.. Great to do business with. I have developed a great relationship with them for both my cars. My 2011 Ford F-150 was having a timing issue and spark knocking terribly. I took the car to the Ford dealership and they told me the spark plugs needed to be replaced at 80K miles. I agreed and paid them $600 to do it. As soon as I drove off the knocking started again. I took it down to Jade and he asked his Ford certifed tech to check it out and he found that the PCM module needed to be reflashed to adjust the timing and only charged me around $100. I guess if I had asked them first I would have saved $500. I will go to them first next time.

Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours.
