One of the best car shops I've been to! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. From the 1st phone call to the repair, Tom (manager) started off with education of my own car to show me how, why and when things would happen etc. He and his crew have a heart of a teacher when it comes to auto repair. The service was super fast, the hospitality was amazing and the price was surprisingly competitive.
