Where should I begin. I went to Mr.Tire located on Airport Blvd,Wilson.The manager Caleb was over the top helpful to me.I have never experience any customer service from a a auto mechanic shop before.He made sure that he wasn't gonna stop until he figured out the problem and I must say he did.I am sooo happy to get in my vehicle and knowing that it is safe to drive.Most places would have never went that far.His entire team has become like a family to me.I will be remaining a customer, there isn't any questions about that.Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle.

When I arrived there the was this young man who came to greet me, I told him I needed tires and he told me where I could wait at and that it would be about 15min. and it took about 25min. but it was ok. One of the last real Service Stations in the world. They will actually pump your gas! Even if you're filling up with the less expensive self-service gas they offer to check your oil and tires. My check engine light came on in my 2006 Kia Spectra. I had the codes looked at, and I was told that I needed to take my vehicle to a transmission expert. I took my vehicle to Affordable Transmission and Auto Repair on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. My car was repaired that week at a much less price than anticipated. I just want to thank Eddie for a job well done and for his honesty. If you are looking for honest and reliable mechanic I recommend that this is the place to bring your vehicle.

These guys are about money, they will lie to get you to buy parts at any cost. I advise you to be careful in trusting to give you a truthful analysis of your automobile. They are not to be trusted.

First time customer - I took my Chrysler 300 in for brake noise and was told I needed new calipers, rotors and fluid. They seemed nice, and told me I also needed new lug nuts because the last garage had put them on too tight. After $1,100 I picked up the car after hours and it still made wheel noise, only this time a bump bump bump sound. I had to take the car out of town the next day. While in VA I stopped for gas and to check out the increased noise. The tire was loose. I had the car towed to a different garage and they told me the lug nuts had not been tightened and the brake line was not properly connected. I called A&J to explain and sent them a copy of the invoice with photos from the other shop. The person on the phone said he'd let the owner know. Since then (one week) I've reached out and have heard nothing. No discussion, no offer to help, no apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
