Forget the dealerships. We have had auto service at countless shops, national chains, garages and dealerships over many years. None one can even come close to the personal service, convenience, professionalism, honesty, experience, friendliness and knowledge you will find at Tri-City. I'd give them more stars if that were an option. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if it's not right (seldom) they'll make it right. Love their coupons too.

We have been talking our Volvo's and Saabs to Swedish Imports for at least 25 years. They have been thorough, honest, reliable, timely and forthright. The work has been outstanding. They have always treated us with respect and friendliness. We have bought our last Volvo's in part because of our trust in the crew at Swedish Imports.

Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. Visited for car annual inspection and tire rotation, they did it quickly and examine my car steering lean issue according to my description, no issues were found with steering, but when I drive the car back home, the problem seems to be disappeared after tire rotation. Fantastic job done, guys! They really know cars! Will definitely come back later.

Awful. They refused to honor a competitor's coupon (like their webite stated they ould) for $10. They said I needed items that I definately did not need. Very unprofessional. I will never go there again!!!

Went for an oil change, they claimed my Power Steering fluid was leaking and needed a 325 dollar repair. I had it checked out at my own mechanic and he said there was no leak and that someone poured some type of fluid on the pipe to probably make it look wet. 0$ repair needed. Escaped another lying mechanic shop trying to take advantage of people. WIll never go back there.
