Admitted installing the wrong part but charged me labor again to install the correct part and no credit for the wrong part. Even though I expressed my disappointment to the owner I had no choice to pay. First bill of $479 and 2nd bill of $325 +/-

I initially used "Creech" by a referral from Judson Root. he informed ... read more I initially used "Creech" by a referral from Judson Root. he informed me that they were able to repair an electrical problem with his Lexus that even the Toyota dealership told him was unfixable; he HIGHLY recommended them when I was having an electrical issue with my Sienna. Since then I have not only used them on numerous occasions, but also have recommended them to other HIGHLY satisfied friends and family.
