Windshield washer repair, oil change.
Once again received great service. Went above and beyond to get us scheduled during a brief return to the Triange.

Elextrical Blazer
Took ‘86 Blazer in with electrical issue. All accessory lights would stay on. Dome light looked like it might have short. Lights staying kept draining battery. Technician found light in cargo area was on. Turning off corrected problem. They also checked track alignment for passenger window.mwhen rolling window down, front edge came off track. They verified glass was back on track. Have used CCC for many years. Trusted them for repairs on ‘86 S10 Blazer, hard to find parts for, ‘08 Honda Accord, and ‘09 Honda Accord. CCC is a local business, family owned. ASE certified mechanics. Convenient scheduling. They have adjusted and reopened incorporating COVID virus recommendations. All communication is currently Done by phone or Email. Appointment scheduling, contact with CCC concerting repairs, authorization, billing, and payment are now handled computer. Impressed with the way they have Adapted to newest business model while maintaining consistency with regard to their excellent Service history. My wife and I continue to highly recommend CCC for all vehicular needs. We trust any and all scheduled and unscheduled repairs and highly recommend to anyone needing a trusted automobile Mechanic. 08/16/202

Service Provided
Thank you for your inspection, diagnostics and repairs of my vehicle. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel and inside driver door were covered in black dust from the shop. I was able to clean it off and it did not affect my overall experience, however I was concerned, especially with COVID, that the sanitation of the vehicle after staff use, as provided in the business update email, was not completed.

Best Repair Experience
Excellent service! I like how you can request an appointment online and they get right back to you. My car wouldn't start even after replacing the battery, so I was concerned it would be an expensive repair. But they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without overcharging me like most shops do. Recommend! Lara B. Cary, NC
