QAS goes the extra mile esp in the current state of the world. They picked up my car from my home, fixed it and brought it back. Then disinfected it before leaving. And they also left thre traditional well wrapped cookie. Oatmeal raisin ... my fav!

Absolutely amazing service. Honest, quick, and much more reasonable than national service outlets. Saved me close to $1000 and was done by people I know aren't trying to upsell me things I don't need. Recommended a hundred percent.

I have used Quality Plus for at least 10 years but switched vehicles and hadn’t needed to see them for a couple years. So relieved when Randy answered the phone-I knew I would be well taken care of . Brad at the front desk was very knowledgeable and personable. He called me with what needed to be done immediately and what could be put off awhile. I called on short notice and a loaner wasn’t available but Randy brought me to and from work. I always recommend them when I can and will continue to use them.

Took our car to the shop and they said the motor mount was bad and that caused the transmission to lean. I have been checking it but it seemed there was nothing in there. I'm glad I took it to the shop to have it fixed. They did fix and we did have an issue next day were the tranmission fluid leaked out on my driveway. Took it back and they fixed it and even gave me the stuff to clean my drive way. The customer service here is phenomenal and I will always bring my vehicles here for servicing.

Went to have brakes looked at. Needed no brakes. Had transmission fluid changed and an oil change with tire rotation instead. They even provided a shuttle home and picked me up when services were completed! Best place to get your Honda serviced!

Josh was extremely nice and accommodating when I arrived an hour late! I especially like the little "extras", like the ? in my vent and the Thank You cookie in my cup holder ... and then this follow up text... amazing!
