We had to drop my car off with no appointment because of battery issues, and it was taken care of very quickly for what I was expecting. (sometimes it is many days) We have been very satisfied with the service we receive from CLAS since we moved to North Carolina.

I was disappointed. Had a check engine light and oil change. The engine light doesn't come on until you drive it a mile or two. They said they were to busy to drive it and the issue wasn't resolved. I could understand if I just dropped the car off, but I had an appointment scheduled a week ahead. I feel the service has declined in the last year. I think I will go somewhere that wants to help solve my issues.

Not only performed service as requested but also inspected for other stuff and found I'm in need of brake pads. I so appreciate that they take the extra time to look things over and alert me to anything that else that might need attention.

I am happy with the service that the front desk, the Manager and mechanics provided. The work I requested was accomplished and my car was done next day. Communication is very important in any business, especially when a customer goes in for the first time. I was given a detailed list of prices for labor, parts and other fees and all was right on.

The work was performed in a timely manner, we received a call about the serpentine belt replacement because we had reported hearing a noise when the engine was on but we didn't know what caused it. So the call was to inform us of the belt and the cost of replacement before making the repairs. Everyone is always courteous, and friendly.

Change in ownership and procedures resulted in miscommunication regarding notification of completion of work, when picking up vehicle found inspection had not been performed but was charged for that service. Jake made it right and had the inspection performed while we waited and gave us a card with a $30 off coupon for our next service of any vehicle.

Always be the first to greet the customer and ask how they may be helped. A smile every now and again goes a long way, too. Also, too much non-verbal communication at the service desk...just stares..I was forced to speak first. Just being honest...customers need a little warm and fuzzy along the way. :-)

Had diagnostic service performed on a Friday ( 11-17 ). Parts were to be delivered on Monday, an appointment for installation was scheduled for Tuesday ( 11-20 ) AM. What followed was a litany of the wrong parts; incomplete parts set etc. The repair was successfully completed and the vehicle was ready on 11-27 PM. While the vehicle may have been available to use during this time, I felt it more prudent to let it remain "in the shop". I believe responsibility for the Parts debacle lies solely with the parts vendor / dealership.

Towed in to shop late afternoon on a Friday and they still got it repaired before closing so I would have my vehicle for the weekend! Great job and great service. Their workmanship and price is always better than the Toyota Dealerships.

I was really disappointed to learn that the Synchrony site was down so I was unable to pay with my card. Wish I had asked for a delay until it was back up again. Writing a check for $400 this time of year is not easy. I've been going to CLAS for probably close to 20 years and hope I would have been given this consideration.

Quick and easy--Well done. The only question is about the charge for tinted windows. Other inspections didn't charge (didn't do?) the window tint measurement. If it's a state requirement I have no quibble. Jerry Bender

Good work...... My oil pan plug's been a recent problem. Had to use a self tapping one, once again. It hasn't leaked. At another shop I'm afraid I'd have been told, "you need a new pan, son!" I thought my tires were a bit soft. The service writer told me they'll check it as part of the service. They did. All 4 tires were a bit low and got filled. Should be named CLASS Auto. Great Service, They earned my loyalty!

I've had several great experiences with County Line Auto but the one that stands out is this. My car developed a noise, it was determined that there was a good chance it was a part under warranty at another shop. The words "Right now you don't owe us anything and we want to keep it that way" came out of their mouths. Their goal was to do what was best for me and my car, not to make money. They didn't earn any money that day but they earned my loyalty. I cannot recommend coming here enough, their character and business ethic is something that has become so rare in our world today, especially in their line of work. Please help me pay them back for their great service by bringing them your business!!! Beth S Wake Forest NC
