Brake repair service near Deering, NH

Julie Hobbs and her father are by far the nastiest people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. They sell junk auction cars at ridicules prices and then become accusatory and down right rude when they are expected to do repairs. The first issue was preventing us from getting a sticker,that forced them make repairs. Their mechanic is quite efficient and pleasant, he really needs to leave there before he is tainted by their fraud. If you are willing to pay for major repairs yourself, as many other posters have I am sure you will get a great car. I personally had transmission problems, a broken frame, engine skipping, and power loss with in weeks of purchase. I then got yelled at and abused by them when I wanted repairs. Stay away for Hobbs.

These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. Very affordable and excellent workmanship,they are very polite and easy to talk I would recommend everyone to go to see them for work on there car's and truck I give them a thumbs up . I am very happy with there work, Thank you .

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!
