Jaime & Manny DoVale, Owners Certified Automotive Solutions is a family business owned by brothers Jaime and Manny DoVale. Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. Having immigrated from Venezuela as children, Jaime and Manny are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. I used to LOVE this place and I had been going here for years (since 2004). I believe they have switched managers or owners and now they are SCUM. When my windshield wipers broke they held my car hostage for days till a 'special part' they needed would come in. They kept forgetting to call me back with a quote. Finally, a few days later it started to rain and that was when 'Scott' called me back with a $700.00 quote. I told them to not touch my car and I went to go pick it up. Thank God it stopped raining when I got there. I took it to Pepboys right away. It took them 20 minutes to tighten a part and it cost me under 40 bucks. I tell everyone I can about these idiots.

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.
