Auto inspection service near Salem, NH

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. This shop is a scam. They charged my fiancee 150 to fix an overheating problem. two month later car is overheating again. When we brougt it back they tried to sell us a new radiator for 600. our previous mechanic installed new radiator only one year ago. Stay away from Tiger.

Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

Hands down i give this shop the best mechanics in Somerville/ Boston area. I take my car herre when ever there's a problem and they always quote me a fair price and do great work. Also, it's so nice to find an honest mechanic. If you need work done to your car come here. you won't be disappointed.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

I took my car to Mikes Auto Repair for new brake pads and rotor replacement because his rputation online, he was helpful on the phone and he quoted what sounded like a fair price. Mike continued to impress with his warm and helpful customer service, putting my car on his lift immediately, showing me everything he saw, and walking me through the alternatives. He was able to get the appropriate parts in ten minutes and get right to work, and he had my car finished in less than three hours. He even took a test ride with me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
