I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.
