What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Twin Towers has been my service station/repair shop and especially my fill-up station for more years than I can remember ... I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

I went to them ask to help to fix my muffler in a cheap way as I do not have too much money. They charged me 185.00 to weld a universal muffler that sounds broken, engine feels less power. Welding does not hold. I have already back 3 times. I know I don't pay a lot but still it is not good. They are cheap but not good

Horrible. I went there to get a jump start because my car wouldn't turn back on while I was at the dmv and they charged me $20 for it. Just to give me a jump. I can only imagine how they rob their customers for other things. Never was a customer and defenitely will never be a customer now. Maybe a little bit of compassion would have gained them a customer to see what is wrong with my battery. NO THANKS.

Do Not buy any spare parts from him. He charges you more than double the cost if cheap spare parts. A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.
