What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. This was the worst experience trying to get and answer from this place! I just called to get a quote from Barnegat Bay auto care center and the guy told me that the owner was not there and he could not answer any questions then hung up the phone. So i called back to see when the owner would be available and he yelled at me and said he was working under a car and hung up again!!! I called back again and he didn't answer? I just wanted to know when to call back to get my truck in!! WOW is all i have to say about that, i will never send anyone there EVER! Good Luck with that employee.

After Being Told by another Shop that I needed a Total rebuild--$3000 or more--Bob Fixed the "Solenoid Pack"--Without having to remove the Transmission, And now The Transmission Shifts better than it did new, and all for under $250! Bob is a Rare Find these Days--An Honest Mechanic! Thank You Bob!
